Our free standing ambient and cold, hot and cold coolers and desktop versions dispense fresh bottled spring water in a sanitary, cost effective and environmentally aware manner.
All our dispensers are checked and sanitised regularly – and always before any hire period.
Our very competitive rental rates for dispensers and bottled water make them an ideal choice for any office environment or event.
Rental periods for single units start from a minimum of 1 week – for larger quantities please enquire.
We will deliver, site and install your dispensers and water – please request a quotation.

Hot and Cold Desktop Water Dispenser

Our desktop water dispensers are ideal to rent where you are short of space.

Bottled Water and Plastic Cups

Pure English spring water available for use in any standard water cooler.

U2 Events can also supply pure English spring water and 7oz plastic cups. No deposit required.

Water available in 15 litre bottles, which are made from PET so are 100% recyclable. Water is bottled in accordance with the stringent standards of the UK Bottled Water Association.

How does a rental contract work ?

Simple. Tell us what you require, where and when and we will arrange a totally bespoke solution which is tailored to your specific requirements. Following your agreement we will arrange delivery and installation complete with manufacture trained engineer support and supplies such as toner and staples – we stock high grade photocopier/printer paper which can be purchased separately

What rental periods do you offer ?

We offer daily, weekly and monthly rental contracts, specific to your requirements.

What is included in the rental contract ?

Photocopier rentals include delivery, installation & collection; all engineer service including replacement parts where required Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00; toners and staples. We can also offer evening and weekend support as an additional service.

Are the areas where you provide rental contracts restricted?

No, we can supply rental equipment nationwide, within mainland United Kingdom.

Can you provide equipment out of normal working hours such as evenings or weekends?

Absolutely, we can provide delivery and collection to whatever date/time specification you require, 7 days a week.

Do you only provide equipment to office locations ?

No. We can provide equipment and support for:

Do your photocopiers have other facilities such as print and scan?

Yes, our models are fully multi-functional with print and scan features, and some include a USB memory port function enabling memory stick connectivity (PDF format).

Do you only rent photocopiers?

No. We rent other office equipment such as laser fax machines, laser printers, computers and monitors, high security paper shredders, water coolers and mobility aids.
